control (2007)

Da grande amante della "New Wave" e, successivamente della "Dark Wave", è ovvio che io sia un fan dei Joy Division, padri per eccellenza del Dark seguiti dai Cure. Questo film ripercorre, nel suo bianco e nero slavato ed atmosferico, la carriera della band e focalizza l'attenzione sulla figura carismatica ed epilettica di Ian Curtis, leader della band.
Davvero un eccellente lavoro agevolato da una fotografia evocativa e rarefatta e, dalla colonna sonora superba dei Joy Division. Solo al pensiero ho i brividi...
